Homebound Services

The Edwardsburgh Cardinal Public Library offers a free book delivery service to members of the community who are physically unable to make it into one of our branches. This includes, but is not limited to, people with permanent disabilities or who are temporarily homebound for reasons such as surgery. Please contact the Cardinal Branch at 613-657-3822 or the Spencerville Branch at 613-658-5575 if you wish to be considered for this service.
