Contact North is a continuing education organization based out of Cornwall, ON. Every other Tuesday, they will have a consultant on-hand in our Cardinal Branch to discuss education opportunities- high school, post-secondary, or computer/ technology courses- with anyone interested. Homebound Services
The Edwardsburgh Cardinal Public Library offers a free book delivery service to members of the community who are physically unable to make it into one of our branches. This includes, but is not limited to, people with permanent disabilities or are temporarily homebound for reasons such as surgery.
